Product Marketing Editor

The opportunity

This role is ideal for a responsible, motivated communicator who wants to go deep on a real product. You will learn tech product marketing, crypto-adjacent concepts, and modern SaaS content operations while owning site accuracy and shipping tutorials, articles, and on-camera explainers.

 

What you will do

  • Own website content
    Keep every page correct and current. Update copy, screenshots, captions, alt text, and release notes. Track UI changes and features in development with the tech team.
  • Guard the voice and terminology.
    Maintain a simple style guide. Keep privacy vs security language precise and positive. Ensure consistency across site, blog, and app store copy.
  • Tell the product story.
    Write feature descriptions, how-tos, tutorials, video scripts and concepts, PR drafts, and media-ready articles.
  • Content QA
    Run link checks, terminology checks, layout checks, and screenshot audits before publishing.
  • Light SEO
    Align headlines, metadata, and internal links with relevant keywords without breaking the brand.
  • Collaborate
    Work closely with engineering, design, SMM, and video. Get the details right.

 

  • Experience
    4+ years in a marketing role at a SaaS company or consumer app.
  • UI literacy
    You know what good UI looks like and can describe flows clearly.
  • Technical writing mindset
    You can turn complex technical concepts into everyday words, fast.
  • Marketing judgment
    You know how to position features, pick benefits, and write for outcomes.
