Contract Product Designer (UX Expert) for Performance Dashboard

We’re a growing marketing platform looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI expert) to help us design an intuitive and modern agency dashboard. This is a contract-based role with a focus on optimizing long, complex forms and creating a user-friendly dashboard experience.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• A UX specialist with proven experience designing dashboards and SaaS platforms.
• Strong ability to research competitors and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Expertise in form optimization (multi-step flows, progressive disclosure, error handling, accessibility).
• Skilled at adapting UI templates into polished, branded designs.
• Ability to create wireframes, mocks, and prototypes in Figma (or similar tools).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain UX rationale.

   

📌 Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor research to identify best practices in dashboard and form design.
• Propose and design optimized UX flows for long forms.

• Deliver wireframes and high-fidelity mocks for the dashboard and forms.

   

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience (with a focus on dashboards).
• Portfolio demonstrating dashboard UX and form design expertise (please include links).
• Strong understanding of design systems and best practices.
• Available for contract work with clear deliverables.

• UX recommendations for handling long forms.
• Wireframes and mockups for key dashboard screens.
• Final polished mockups for developer handoff.
