Technical Recruiter
We’re expanding our recruitment-as-a-service team and looking for a Middle Technical Recruiter to join us. This is a fully remote opportunity for highly motivated recruiters who have a keen eye for evaluating technical CVs and thrive in dynamic environments.
As a Tech Recruiter in our team, you will own the full recruitment life cycle - from sourcing and screening to candidate management and placement - with a primary focus on technical roles. You’ll work closely with our clients, ensuring a seamless hiring experience while connecting visionary companies with exceptional talent. Strong communication, adaptability, and independence are key to excelling in this role.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, especially in tech and startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, remotely, and with high professionalism.
- Experience with conducting screening interviews - essential.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/job posting tools.
- Previous experience hiring for startups is a plus.
