As Senior Designer, you’ll help craft the visual language of institutional crypto - ensuring Everstake looks and feels like the category leader we are building to be.

Role Overview:

As Senior Designer at Everstake’s global team, you will own design across marketing, brand, and product touchpoints. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to create institutional-grade materials and product experiences. You will ensure every visual touchpoint - from client-facing decks and campaigns to product UI and web experiences - communicates clarity, credibility, and Everstake’s leadership in staking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand & Visual Identity: Evolve and maintain Everstake’s brand guidelines to match our institutional positioning, Create high-quality visual assets for campaigns, events, product launches, and thought leadership.
• Marketing Design: Design sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and reports for institutional clients. Build engaging visuals for social media, newsletters, and web campaigns.
• Product & Web: Collaborate with Product Managers to design UI/UX for staking dashboards, yield vaults, and APIs. Support web design updates and create visuals for new product pages.
• Events & Content: Deliver branding and design for conferences, roadshows, and upcoming flagship events. Produce visual storytelling for high-profile campaigns and partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales & BD, and Product to ensure design consistency across all materials. Translate complex staking/yield concepts into clear, visual narratives.

• Product design evolves to match our B2B2C distribution model, improving UX for both institutions and end-users.
• Everstake’s presence at events and in media reflects a leading financial infrastructure brand, not just a validator.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a designer (agency, fintech, SaaS, or crypto background preferred).
• Strong portfolio spanning brand, web, UI/UX, and marketing design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics tools.
• Experience designing institutional-grade decks, reports, or investor materials.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in crypto/Web3, with ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Previous design experience in fintech, blockchain, or enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to support web implementation.
• Experience in event/experiential design (booths, stage branding, activations).
• Video editing skills to enhance visual storytelling and marketing materials.
