Junior HR/Recruiter

Greetings from the TetaLab team! We are excited to announce an opening for a motivated Junior HR/Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will primarily involve supporting the recruitment process, helping us build strong teams, and assisting with HR activities. (We prefer candidates from Lviv).


Required skills:

โ€” At least Upper Intermediate spoken and written English;
โ€” At least 1 year of commercial experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field;
โ€” Self-motivated and focused on growth and success within a company;
โ€” Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
โ€” Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media);
โ€” Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.


Will be a plus:

โ€” Experience in IT recruitment;
โ€” Experience with conducting interviews;
โ€” Experience with onboarding processes;
โ€” Knowledge of HR systems, Trello, Jira, or Asana.


Responsibilities:

โ€” Search and attract candidates using different sourcing channels;
โ€” Pre-screen and communicate with candidates;
โ€” Organize and support the full recruitment cycle (from vacancy posting to job offer);
โ€” Support onboarding of new employees;
โ€” Assist in maintaining and improving HR processes;
โ€” Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent candidate and employee experience.
