β’ Full-cycle recruitment;
β’ Support sourcing for complex or senior-level positions (Affiliate, Promo, Heads, etc.);
β’ Search for candidates of different levels across multiple countries;
β’ Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and offer calls;
β’ Keep Asana and Google Sheets updated with tracking progress;
β’ Use ATS/HR tools to manage candidate pipelines;
β’ Research hiring trends in iGaming and related markets;
β’ Collaborate closely with HR teammates and hiring managers;
β’ Assist in onboarding and adaptation of new hires.
β¨ Nice to have:
β’ Experience with Workable ATS;
β’ Experience in iGaming field;
β’ Strong Boolean / X-Ray search skills;
β’ Sense of humor.
