Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire lead generation process, from ICP definition to qualified discovery calls with clients.
  • Manage multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn and email (mass campaigns + ABM strategies).
  • Organize calls, executive & investor searches, roadshows, and test marketing hypotheses.
  • Actively apply modern AI tools to improve lead qualification and outreach workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and achieve business goals.

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Lead Generation, with strong qualifications and client communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken & written).
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn & Email outreach tools and tactics.
  • Skilled in building targeted databases and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Comfort with direct outreach, discovery calls, and clear, structured communication.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
