Delivery Manager

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is... Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Delivery Manager.

    Professional Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management, delivery management (preferably in custom development, AI, consulting);
  • hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, proposal creation, and cost/time estimation;
  • ability to operate in high-uncertainty environments β€” from idea to implementation;
  • solid understanding of SDLC, architecture, and DevOps processes (not necessarily hands-on, but technically fluent);
  • strong facilitation, account management, and client development skills;
  • English - Advanced.
     

     Nice to have:

  • technical background or education;
  • experience with AI / ML / NLP / GenAI projects;
  • knowledge of Solution Architecture principles.

    Responsibilities:
  • participate in pre-sales: analyze business needs, shape technical solutions (SoW, roadmap, estimates);
  • evaluate feasibility, time-to-market, architectural risks, and MVP cost;
  • collaborate with technical experts to break down projects and select optimal tech stack;
  • lead the client relationship from pre-sale to delivery and further expansion;
  • build trust by staying engaged throughout the project, not just during the sales phase, being trusted partner for our clients, capable of understanding technical architecture, transforming business ideas into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring continuity after the deal is closed;
  • bridge the gap between engineering delivery and business needs;
  • support and validate SoW, estimates, and delivery roadmaps;
  • manage the delivery of complex projects;
  • handle implementation details, escalations, and delivery oversight;
  • manage project budgets, timelines, and performance against KPIs;
  • align client expectations, defend team scope, and manage communication flow;
  • identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during demos, planning calls, or discussions;
  • accelerate client decision-making and reduce feature approval cycle time
  • grow client accounts.
