Chief Product Officer

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer to lead the product strategy, development, and innovation across a portfolio of iGaming brands. This is a pivotal executive role with full ownership over product vision, roadmap execution, and delivering exceptional user experiences that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth in international markets.

 

The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of the iGaming industry with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of building world-class products that scale across geographies.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple iGaming brands and verticals (casino, sportsbook, live games, etc.).
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative, high-quality, and compliant gaming experiences.
  • Align product development with business goals, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous optimization of the user journey, from registration to retention.
  • Oversee product design, UX/UI, and feature prioritization to maximize engagement and LTV.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, BI, and engineering to ensure a data-driven approach to product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, markets, and monetization models.
  • Implement agile processes for rapid iteration, testing, and go-to-market launches.
  • Monitor key product metrics (DAU, MAU, ARPU, retention, conversion rates) and use insights to guide strategy.
  • Represent the product function at industry events, building partnerships with providers, studios, and tech vendors.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of senior product leadership, with at least 3 years in iGaming or online entertainment.
  • Proven success in scaling product portfolios across multiple geographies and markets.
  • Strong knowledge of casino, sportsbook, and other iGaming verticals, including emerging trends.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and analysts.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and agile product methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align product initiatives with commercial goals.
  • English proficiency โ€” Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a passion for innovation.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Background in launching new products or rebranding existing ones.
  • Familiarity with regulated and emerging gaming markets.
  • Experience working with external game studios and technology vendors.
  • Knowledge of gamification and player psychology in iGaming.
