  • Reach out to potential stars with messages that grab attention and get responses.
  • Team up with hiring managers to nail down exactly what makes a candidate the perfect fit.
  • Keep our candidate pipeline buzzing with talent for now and the future.
  • Organize interviews like a pro, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for everyone.
  • Stay ahead of the game by spotting trends in the IT job market and leveling up our recruitment strategies.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) in tip-top shape with accurate, up-to-date info.

 

Who You Are

We’re looking for a go-getter who’s ready to make things happen! Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, IT recruitment, or a similar role where you’ve shown you can hustle.
  • Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) to charm candidates and collaborate with our global team.
  • Tech Savvy: You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards—or you’re eager to master them.
  • Proactive Mindset: You’re a self-starter who spots opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Stellar communication, killer organization, and a knack for juggling tasks while keeping every detail on point.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a bonus, but your drive matters more.
  • Remote Ready: You’ve got a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace to shine from anywhere.
