Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and execution. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive task clarity by ensuring work is broken into fine-grained, well-structured tickets
- Enforce planning and estimation frameworks that improve accuracy and reduce surprises
- Educate engineers on our standards for ticket writing, acceptance criteria, and QA
- Ensure coverage of end-to-end testing and quality guardrails for every major release
- Build rituals (standups, planning, retros) that scale with the team—not slow it down
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape our roadmap cadence
- Serve as the connective tissue across functions to keep cross-functional efforts on track
Requirements (Must Haves)
- 2+ years of commercial experience managing multiple software development projects
- Technical background
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and sprint planning
- Proven ability to create clarity and momentum in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong command of project management tools like Linear, Jira, Shortcut, or Asana
- Track record of building systems that helped teams scale without slowing down
- Prior experience working closely with engineers
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 and better)
Nice to Haves
- AI Workflow creation (Ex: N8N)
- Automation creation (Ex: Zapier and make.com)
- Hands-on experience defining or managing QA/testing standards
- Familiarity with SLAs and software delivery workflows
- History of coaching engineers and product managers on process maturity
