Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and execution. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Drive task clarity by ensuring work is broken into fine-grained, well-structured tickets
  • Enforce planning and estimation frameworks that improve accuracy and reduce surprises
  • Educate engineers on our standards for ticket writing, acceptance criteria, and QA
  • Ensure coverage of end-to-end testing and quality guardrails for every major release
  • Build rituals (standups,  planning, retros) that scale with the team—not slow it down
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape our roadmap cadence
  • Serve as the connective tissue across functions to keep cross-functional efforts on track

 

Requirements (Must Haves)

 

  • 2+ years of commercial experience managing multiple software development projects
  • Technical background
  • Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and sprint planning
  • Proven ability to create clarity and momentum in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong command of project management tools like Linear, Jira, Shortcut, or Asana
  • Track record of building systems that helped teams scale without slowing down
  • Prior experience working closely with engineers
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 and better)

 

Nice to Haves

 

  • AI Workflow creation (Ex: N8N)
  • Automation creation (Ex: Zapier and make.com)
  • Hands-on experience defining or managing QA/testing standards
  • Familiarity with SLAs and software delivery workflows
  • History of coaching engineers and product managers on process maturity
