We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
This role is client-facing and does not include sourcing responsibilities. It is a team-based position where the recruiter works in close partnership with a dedicated sourcer. The recruiter acts as the recruitment process owner โ€” leading candidate interviews and managing client communication โ€” while the sourcer focuses on the talent search.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (excluding sourcing) โ€” from screening and interviewing to evaluating and presenting candidates.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients: consult on hiring strategies, manage expectations, and provide market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with dedicated sourcers to align on hiring needs, target profiles, and search priorities.
  • Lead interviews and assess both technical expertise and cultural fit in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Support the offer stage, including negotiations and objection handling.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven experience working in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles with motivation to grow expertise in Middle/Senior/Lead/Architect positions.
  • Confidence in communication and readiness to work with clients under guidance.
  • Ability to consult clients and navigate ambiguity with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage time in a remote environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with sourcers and hiring managers.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
