Business Development Representative

INSART is a Fintech Business Accelerator. We develop Fintech solutions for fintechs, connect Founders with the right Investors, accelerate GTM strategy and demand generation, and provide strategic guidance and coaching.
We support fintech startups from the idea stage to a fully developed product and beyond, facilitating their growth. We assist clients in finding product-market fit, product development, fundraising, and securing investments, positioning ourselves as a long-term strategic partner.

 

Now we are looking for a a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our network of Fintech innovators. You’ll identify and reach out to high-potential prospects, run smart outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and events, and book intro meetings with C-level decision-makers.

 

This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with messaging, optimizing outreach, and working closely with growth and pre-sales teams to move leads through the funnel. You’ll track results in HubSpot, nurture warm leads, and play a key part in shaping how we scale.

 

Role Responsibilities 👨‍💻

  • Identify and prioritize Fintech prospects based on ICP.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and event outreach.
  • Run A/B tests and experiment with messaging for continuous improvement.
  • Qualify leads and conduct intro/touchpoint meetings with C-level decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM and generate weekly reports.
  • Nurture warm leads through personalized follow-ups and sequencing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and Pre-Sales team to optimize funnel performance.

 

Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 🤓

  • Strong Communicator: Clear in English (spoken & written C1+) and confident in conversations.
  • 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, preferably in tech consulting or IT services (not product companies).
  • Proficiency in a sales CRM (preferably HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with cold email tools, sequencing platforms, and campaign A/B testing.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-maker engagement.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for Fintech founders, CTOs, and C-level executives.

 

Tools & Instruments We Need You To Know:

  • HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting.
  • Outreach & sequencing tools (Outreach.io would be a plus).
  • Cold email writing and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Campaign performance tracking and KPI analysis.
  • Google Workspace or MS Office for communication and documentation.

 

Interview Stages:

  • Intro call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
  • Interview with the Head of Growth & Team (up to 90 minutes)
  • Test Task (1-2 hours)
