We’re a Web3 development team building DeFi products, trading bots, wallets, and payment infrastructure. Our clients are venture studios, funded startups, and crypto communities. We’re in scale-up mode and need someone who can book calls with qualified prospects.
Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound outreach and fill our calendar with sales calls.
Responsibilities
- Research and build lists of qualified leads.
- Send personalized outreach messages daily (LinkedIn + Telegram).
Track leads and conversations in our CRM
Requirements
- Experience with outbound sales or lead generation (Web3/crypto niche is a plus).
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and Telegram for outreach.
- Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, professional).
- Must be organized and self-driven
