Project Manager - Agency – Web, eCommerce + AI Automations

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead web, eCommerce, and web application projects from start to finish—while bringing strong knowledge of AI-driven automations into the mix. You’ll coordinate teams, manage client expectations, and help design workflows that leverage tools like n8n, Boost.space, and other automation platforms.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage projects across websites, eCommerce platforms, and custom applications.
• Translate client needs into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between design, development, and stakeholders.
• Set up and optimize AI and automation workflows (n8n, Boost.space, Zapier, etc.) to streamline business processes.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing digital/web/eCommerce projects.
• Strong understanding of automation tools and workflows (e.g., n8n, Boost.space, Zapier, Make).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
• Familiarity with modern development stacks (Next.js, headless CMS, APIs) is a plus.
