Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead outbound sales efforts and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients. In this role, you will develop and execute tailored outreach strategies through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and more, to engage prospects from our Target Account List (TAL). Your ability to craft highly personalized and compelling messages will be key to generating qualified leads.
You will also manage the sales funnel and optimize processes in HubSpot CRM to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow. By analyzing data and identifying key opportunities for improvement, you will help drive revenue growth and enhance our sales strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts, share insights, and refine strategies to meet both short- and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and nurture potential customers through personalized outbound communication (email, LinkedIn, etc.). Leveraging practices to work with Target Account List.
- Convert warm replies into scheduled intro calls and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Leading sales calls and converting prospects into customers.
- Research and reconnect with leads already existing in the CRM system.
- Manage and update the CRM system (HubSpot) to track prospect interactions and sales progress.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies using market insights, industry trends, and prospect data.
- Experiment with new outreach approaches beyond standard templates to optimize engagement and response rates.
Requirements:
- B2/C1 English with strong communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, or Sales roles within outsourcing/outstaffing companies.
- Experience closing USA/Europe based clients.
- Proven ability to convert cold and warm leads into scheduled calls through effective messaging.
- Experience handling communication across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
- Creative and analytical approach to sales—ability to personalize outreach based on research and industry signals.
- Comfortable working remotely with a results-driven mindset.
