We are now expanding and looking for a strong CRM Manager to join our team and drive customer engagement through effective lifecycle campaigns and personalized communication.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and analytical CRM Manager who can design, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention, engagement, and overall lifetime value. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver seamless communication journeys for our players.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, chat).
- Segment the player base and build tailored communication flows based on behavior and preferences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize for better results.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align CRM activities with promotions and brand strategy.
- Ensure high deliverability, proper targeting, and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and improve automation workflows to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on retention, engagement, and LTV growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming or digital products.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io (campaign setup, segmentation, automation).
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and retention strategies.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
