Lead Business Analyst

Analytical Skills and Requirements Management

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Expertise in gathering, formalizing, and managing requirements in complex product environments.
• High-quality functional description skills: user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, test cases, task setting — performed at a level that requires no additional validation.
• Ability to manage requirements end-to-end — from idea to release and post-release analysis.
• Confident experience with integration/API requirements and technical-level documentation.
• Ability to think not only in terms of functionality but also in terms of business value and product goals.

Modeling and Systems Thinking

• Strong process visualization skills: BPMN, UML, etc.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, component interaction, and integrations.
• Experience analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimizations.

Product and Strategic Experience

• Solid experience working with mobile and/or web products, including product metrics.
• Hands-on experience in roadmap creation and participation in both long-term and sprint planning.
• Experience contributing to product strategy in close collaboration with Product Managers.
• Ability to work with analytics and A/B testing: formulating hypotheses, validating them through data analysis.

Leadership, Facilitation, and Communication

• Confident collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, ability to conduct business discussions and drive alignment.
• Experience in leading the business analysis direction — mentoring, reviewing requirements, supporting the BA practice.
• Strong facilitation skills: interviews, discovery phases, workshops, prioritization, roadmap sessions.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain focus on delivering value.

Would Be a Plus: Experience in the e-commerce domain.
