Retention Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
- Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of the basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, daily quests;
- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
- Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM;
- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly planning of marketing activities to retain and return players;
- Creation of communication plans via multiple channels (onsite/offsite);
- Forming logic and participating in launches of trigger chains;
- Setting tasks for cross-functional departments;
- Calculation of predictions with further analytics of held actions;
- Communication with the team to develop a general strategy.
