We’re looking for a motivated and skilled PPC specialist with proven hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and a clear ambition to move toward a Team Lead role.
 

Here’s what makes you a great fit:

• PPC Experience: 2−4 years with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Local Service Ads.
• Local Business Marketing Experience: Previous experience with U.S. or Canadian local business marketing is a must.
• Industry Background: Experience in niches such as repair, home improvement, or service businesses will be a strong advantage.
• Campaign Management: Strong skills in setup, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns.
• Analytical Approach: Confidence in tracking CPL, CPSQL, ROAS, and using data to improve performance.
• Growth Mindset: A genuine interest in developing leadership skills and eventually managing a team.
   

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LSAs.
• Take ownership of budget allocation, testing, and reporting.
• Work closely with SEO, GMB, analytics, and the CMO to ensure PPC aligns with business goals.
• Suggest and test new ideas to improve efficiency and growth.
• Gradually expand your role toward mentoring junior colleagues and preparing for a Team Lead track.
