Head of Business Development

Arounda is a full-cycle Digital Product Design and Development agency, operating on the market since 2016. Our main clients are American and European technological companies.

 

We are looking for a Head of Business Development who will join our fast-growing team and lead the sales process and develop new successful client acquisition strategies.

 

You are the perfect fit if you have:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in IT, with 1+ years in a leadership/Head position;
  • Extensive experience with the design agency or software development company;
  • Experience in Bizdev Lead Generation and Marketing management of IT services;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Understanding of best practices for attracting potential customers;
  • High level of self-organization, discipline, strategic direction and results-based;
  • Strong negotiation and contract signing skills;
  • Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle and service company operations;
  • Experience with CRM systems and automatic communication systems;
  • You are motivated to join a company at a growing stage and play a critical role in success, process creation and account management;

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the agency’s growth and client acquisition strategy;
  • Manage and grow the Business Development team;
  • Maintaining the Engagement funnel, conducting Upsale, Cross-sale from Bizdev & Head of Project Management;
  • Growing our network, identifying business opportunities, and selling our services to new customers;
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients;
  • Monitoring Project Managers in receiving timely and positive feedback from clients on Clutch, Upwork;
  • Set up and optimize processes for sales and account management;
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with international clients;
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities;
  • Use a set of tools and frameworks to ensure optimal outcomes;
