Delivery Manager (offline)

Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Delivery Manager at our Kyiv office.
The most ambitious goal of the project is to develop a solution that will transform the healthcare market of Germany.
The distributed global team includes a highly secured cloud solution from a world-known tech provider and two scrum teams from Ukraine which develop mobile solution integrated with that cloud. This solution will digitalize and centralize healthcare data, provided by insurance companies to its patients.
Successful professional will drive both IOS and Android scrum teams in order to create an SDK that will be reused by every insurance company with their own branding as a backbone for serving their end clients.

Areas of Responsibility:
• Facilitating effective communication with key stakeholders located in Germany
• Managing the day-to-day deliverables for all the teams assigned to delivery
• Seeking ways to increase the efficiency of mobile applications development
• Ensuring that resources assigned to projects are meeting deadlines and are focused on proper activities; monitoring the progress and status of deliverables and communicating the development status upon request
• Escalating issues, risks, and decisions to the Engagement Manager or other stakeholders when necessary and developing mitigating actions; escalating issues proactively
• Ensuring that standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed
• Promoting effective teamwork and the spirit of partnership

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solution design, and delivery of mobile solutions preferably
• High level of written and spoken English
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Proven expertise in managing the delivery of mid-to-large projects
• Ability to adjust communications to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Considerable analytical, negotiation/presentation, planning/organizational skills
• Ability to drive teams to reach a consensus, and a real passion for application delivery
• Great project management and team management skills
• Experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures would be an asset
• Creativity, ability to think outside the box and to use knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers
• Drive for results, ability to maintain constant awareness of projects and clients; ability to keep product owners focused on short- and long-term milestones
• Considerable leadership and management skills
