Mosqitter is a female-founded tech company specializing in smart, ecological mosquito control solutions. Recognized as the Best Women-Led Startup of Ukraine 2021, our mission is to protect people from mosquitoes and the threats they carry without harmful chemicals.

We operate globally across five continents, with teams in Ukraine, and the United States, and a strong presence in the US, Europe, and Latin America.

Now, with the upcoming US launch of our newest product, Mosqitter Mini, we’re looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to shape our brand’s voice, expand our global presence, and make Mosqitter a household name.

 

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to define and execute our global marketing strategy, elevate brand awareness, and lead the market penetration of our product lines  - Mosqitter Grand for B2B and Mosqitter Mini for D2C, with a special focus on the US market. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about eco-consciousness and sustainability and eager to build a brand that makes a real impact.

You will be responsible for creating a strong brand position, ensuring consistent messaging, planning and managing marketing budgets, and building a new product category in mosquito control. 

 

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven marketing leadership experience in consumer products/home appliances (preferably).
  • Expertise in both B2B and D2C marketing, including scaling products in multiple regions.
  • Deep understanding of US market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in launching and scaling innovative products from online sales to retail.
  • Proven track record in planning and optimizing marketing budgets, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring efficient CAC and strong LTV.
  • Ability to adapt strategies for different regions and audiences.
  • (It would be a plus) A network or team you can bring for tactical execution: content creation, social media, PR, etc.

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy for the US, Europe, and other key markets.
  • Strengthen Mosqitter’s brand identity, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for Mosqitter Mini in the US and optimize campaigns for both D2C
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Build a new product category in ecological mosquito control through education, advocacy, and innovative marketing.
  • Drive growth from online sales to gradual retail partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
