Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or B2B sales with a focus on working with existing databases.

— Understanding the principles of working with ICP (ideal customer profile).

— Knowledge of the main lead generation metrics and the ability to work with them.

— Experience in writing scripts for outreach and communication.

— Experience working with outreach through different channels, understanding the features and limits (email, LinkedIn, Telegram).

— Skills in business correspondence and product presentation.

— Confident knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system and data management tools (Excel/Google Sheets).

— Attention to detail, systematic approach, and high level of self-organization.

Responsibilities:

— Working with the provided lead databases for primary qualification and segmentation.

— Communicating with leads via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and conducting pre-sales activities.

— Identifying customer needs and presenting the value of the product.

— Transferring qualified leads to the business development department for further negotiation.

— Maintaining the relevance and accuracy of data in CRM (Salesforce).

— Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to agree on qualification criteria and priorities.

— Analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels and adjustment of approaches.
