We are currently looking for an experienced Backend Engineer (Middle or Senior) who is passionate about building robust backend systems and thrives in an environment where innovation and problem-solving are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Work with Node.js and Ruby on Rails in production-grade systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good knowledge of testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate or higher level of English (for communication with international team).

Nice to Have

• Shopify API, Shopify Apps development.
• Experience working with AI models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
