Junior IT Recruiter

Help us find the humans behind the code. We’re a friendly, curious, slightly geeky team building great hiring experiences—and we’re looking for a Junior IT Recruiter who loves talking to people and noticing the little details that others miss.

What you’ll do 💼

  • Run full-cycle recruitment: intake → sourcing → screening → offers → closure
  • Keep our ATS neat, tidy, and up to date (we ❤️ clean pipelines)
  • Polish résumés/CVs so candidates’ impact shines

What you bring 🙌

  • 1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter in the IT industry or a relevant HR/Recruitment degree
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (comfortable on calls and in writing)
  • Solid grasp of sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, boolean, etc.)
  • Hands-on ATS experience
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, openness, and a people-first vibe
  • Genuine curiosity about tech and a desire to learn & grow
