Junior IT Recruiter
Help us find the humans behind the code. We’re a friendly, curious, slightly geeky team building great hiring experiences—and we’re looking for a Junior IT Recruiter who loves talking to people and noticing the little details that others miss.
What you’ll do 💼
- Run full-cycle recruitment: intake → sourcing → screening → offers → closure
- Keep our ATS neat, tidy, and up to date (we ❤️ clean pipelines)
- Polish résumés/CVs so candidates’ impact shines
What you bring 🙌
- 1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter in the IT industry or a relevant HR/Recruitment degree
- English: Upper-Intermediate (comfortable on calls and in writing)
- Solid grasp of sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, boolean, etc.)
- Hands-on ATS experience
- Attention to detail, responsibility, openness, and a people-first vibe
- Genuine curiosity about tech and a desire to learn & grow
