VP of Product / Chief Product Officer
About Us
We are EVE, the AI operator for SMBs. EVE finds missed opportunities and follows up on signals you didn’t catch—knowing your business better than you do, acting on every lead ready to buy and every customer about to leave.
Built by the team behind leading AI startups with over 20 years of experience, EVE is your always-on autopilot for prioritizing and acting on the most important messages.
We’re looking for a hands-on product leader who can both define and execute the product vision while rolling up their sleeves to build from the ground up. This role combines strategic ownership with tactical, 0→1 execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
You will:
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and growth objectives.
- Work directly and cross-functionally with engineering, AI, and design to scope, prototype, and deliver high-impact features.
- Personally get involved in day-to-day product execution — writing specs, testing, experimenting, and iterating with the team.
- Lead initiatives that boost user productivity, conversion, and retention through data-driven decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Support pre-sales efforts, join product demos, and strengthen customer-facing narratives.
- Oversee integrations with Gmail, Outlook, CRMs, and messaging platforms.
- Monitor and improve product performance, adoption, and user engagement.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer delight.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 7+ years of experience in product leadership roles (Product Lead, VP of Product, or CPO) with SaaS and/or AI-powered products.
- Proven track record of building products from 0→1, ideally in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
- A hands-on mindset — comfortable writing product specs, testing features, and working directly with engineering/design instead of only delegating.
- Strong familiarity with AI/LLM applications, prompt engineering, and real-world use cases.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales productivity tools.
- A sharp, data-driven approach combined with a strong intuition for UX and usability.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
