We’re looking for an independent, systematic, and results-driven professional with proven expertise in retention marketing.

 

Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:

 

  • 2+ years in retention marketing or CRM marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of working with international projects (U.S./Canada) — at least 1–2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency with email and CRM systems (building, segmenting, and managing campaigns).
  • Deep understanding of retention metrics (CRR, LTV, CAC vs CLV, Churn, Retention rate).
  • Strong skills in segmentation and personalized communication flows.
  • Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Analytical Thinking: You can structure complex data, identify insights, and transform them into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and implement long-term retention strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Creativity: You know how to design engaging, personalized campaigns that resonate with customers.
  • Result-Oriented: You focus on outcomes — improving LTV, reducing churn, and increasing customer engagement.
  • Initiative: You proactively suggest solutions, test new approaches, and drive projects forward.
  • English Proficiency: Intermediate level for daily communication and coordination.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and execute retention marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Develop and optimize email and CRM campaigns to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Create personalized customer communication flows for different segments.
  • Analyze key metrics (LTV, Churn rate, Retention rate) and prepare actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to align retention activities with business goals.
