We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!

 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and to transfer received information to the developer team;

- Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;

- Possession of a structured, process and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems;

- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

- The flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities, as well as to learn new tools and technologies;

- English Upper Intermediate level.

 

Responsibilities:

- Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks, describe use cases;
- Analysis of the elicited requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story, use cases);
- Creation and maintenance of documentation in areas of responsibility (requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.);
- Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;
- Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;
- Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product;
- Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of ​​responsibility. This knowledge is used to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
- Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.
