HR Administration Specialist (Cyprus)

We are inviting you, a detailed-oriented and highly organized HR Administration Specialist, to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and documentation tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company policies.

 

You will maintain HR records and databases, prepare reports, coordinate HR-related activities, and provide timely support to team members.

This position is key to keeping our internal processes well-structured and running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide general assistance to the HR & Office Administration Department
  • Coordinate HR activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Create and update records and databases with team members and administrative data
  • Prepare and distribute information and other reports to the team members as required
  • Provide daily support to team members at office, as well as with team and sit movements
  • Respond to team members’ questions regarding HR issues
  • Respond to team members verification requests, benefits surveys, and other requests for information
  • Coordinate post-offer pre-onboarding duties and screenings as may be required
  • Conduct adaptation team members orientation to ensure appropriate HR induction
  • Organization of local team building events for team members

Requirements

  • High aspiration to develop in the HR sphere
  • Up to 1 years professional experience in a relevant role
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian/Russian
  • Experience with business software such as MS Office Suite and especially Excel
  • Meticulous attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Strong motivation, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience working in an international organization

Will be a plus

  • Prior experience in an international product company in similar role
  • Understanding of the principles of Cyprus Labour law and relevant regulations
