Why this position
Weβre looking for an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle with inbound leads. From the first call to the signed contract, youβll be the person who guides potential clients through the process, starts trial projects, and closes deals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and run intro/discovery calls (understand clientβs product, challenges, team setup)
- Clearly explain Elekenβs value proposition and workflow (dedicated designers, training system, subscription model)
- Present the trial process and guide prospects through it
- Collect project requirements and ensure the most relevant designer is assigned
- Share case studies and success stories to illustrate Elekenβs expertise
- Book follow-up calls with the Head of Design for project scoping and next steps
- Manage the full sales cycle: first call β trial β invoice β contract β handover to Customer Success Manager
- Keep pipeline and client notes updated in CRM
π§ Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development (preferably SaaS, IT services, or creative/digital agencies)
- Fluent English (confident spoken and written communication with international clients)
- Experience running intro & discovery calls
- Ability to present a value proposition and workflow clearly (explaining subscription models, trial processes, and team structures)
- Skills in negotiation and deal closing β from proposal to signed contract
- Experience managing the full sales cycle (intro β trial β contract β handover)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) β keeping pipeline and client notes up to date
- Ability to prepare and deliver case studies/success stories to support sales conversations
