Head of Influence Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy to promote the brand and products.
  • Identify and engage relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Organize and launch advertising campaigns in collaboration with influencers.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets, track spending, and prepare performance reports (ROI, KPIs).
  • Create and pitch innovative collaboration concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to integrate influencer campaigns into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and apply new tools and approaches.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer markets, social media platforms, and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher (other languages will be an advantage).
