Head of Influence Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy to promote the brand and products.
- Identify and engage relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Organize and launch advertising campaigns in collaboration with influencers.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, track spending, and prepare performance reports (ROI, KPIs).
- Create and pitch innovative collaboration concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to integrate influencer campaigns into the overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and apply new tools and approaches.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of influencer markets, social media platforms, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher (other languages will be an advantage).
