Support Manager

Our Expectations:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support (preferably in betting or Gaming)
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong passion for sports and deep knowledge of the rules of at least five popular sports
- Awareness of current global sports events
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and adapt quickly to changes
- Ability to handle a large volume of requests efficiently and find optimal solutions fast
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in dealing with customer issues.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams/providers to resolve complex issues
- Deep understanding of betting mechanics and principles of the gaming industry
- Experience working with CRM systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication
- Professional and timely handling of client requests (via messengers, email, ticket system), ensuring quick resolution of their issues
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to promptly identify and resolve problems.
