UI/UX designer (Web3 platform)

We are building a unified Web3 platform that streamlines wallet management, trading, research, and social insights into a single interface. Designed for both newcomers and experienced traders, it simplifies on-chain interactions by eliminating fragmentation and providing advanced execution tools, as well as real-time market intelligence.

We are seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing startup and lead the design of our cutting-edge Web3 platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually stunning interfaces that simplify complex Web3 interactions and provide a seamless user experience.

As a key member of our product team, you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and our CEO to define the user experience and visual design of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity mockups.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs for both desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the final product is built to spec and provides an optimal user experience.

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably within the fintech, crypto, or trading space.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven experience in designing and shipping digital products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Web3 products or a strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFTs.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
