Middle Product Manager

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and improve a transparent discovery→delivery process: DoR/DoD, Kanban/Jira rituals, Confluence artifacts, Miro/Figma mockups, unified PRD format;
  • Align and manage a single roadmap and quarterly planning;
  • Build and develop a hypothesis pipeline: formulate hypotheses, define MVPs, success metrics and risks; decompose into PRDs with ACs;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (CPO, development, design, analytics, sales/accounts, key clients); act as the “voice of the product”: prioritization, communicating purpose, aligning expectations;
  • Own metrics: product, business, and operational;
  • Ensure high-quality documentation: PRDs, flow diagrams, change logs, roles/access, notifications.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years in Product (AdTech/MarTech/B2B SaaS/performance advertising);
  • Solid understanding of the ecosystem: pixel, retargeting, CPM/CTR/win-rate; experience with API integrations, tracking, and data flow;
  • Agile practices, strong skills in PRDs and product decomposition;
  • Proficient with tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, GA4/Amplitude (at a product level);
  • Experience with self-service interfaces (advertiser dashboards / admin panels);
  • Product analytics;
  • Understanding of video advertising/players (VAST/timeslots) or experience in related B2C products;
  • Low/no-code and vibe-coding for rapid prototyping (Cursor / Claude code, etc.).
