Recruiter (IT, Crypto Hiring Experience)

PointPay, an established crypto ecosystem, is looking for an experienced IT & Crypto Recruiter to scale our international team.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing
  • Hiring for both technical and managerial roles
  • Working with job boards, LinkedIn, crypto/tech communities, and niche channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  • Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment
  • Experience hiring for crypto/blockchain/fintech projects will be a plus
  • Solid knowledge of IT and crypto roles, market trends, and terminology
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
