Recruiter (IT, Crypto Hiring Experience)
PointPay, an established crypto ecosystem, is looking for an experienced IT & Crypto Recruiter to scale our international team.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing
- Hiring for both technical and managerial roles
- Working with job boards, LinkedIn, crypto/tech communities, and niche channels
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment
- Experience hiring for crypto/blockchain/fintech projects will be a plus
- Solid knowledge of IT and crypto roles, market trends, and terminology
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
