Talent Sourcer (IT)

About Us:
We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us attract the best technical talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top IT talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, communities, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and engage with passive candidates to generate interest in opportunities.
  • Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on sourcing activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or in a similar role, ideally in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, etc.).
  • Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious mindset.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in international IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
