Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, admins, and integration teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, understands enterprise architecture principles, and can guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations.

Responsibilities:

● Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution architectures.

● Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and others as needed).

● Define data models, security architecture, and integration patterns.

● Oversee development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

● Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Salesforce implementations with overall IT strategy.

● Design and oversee integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms

● Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

● Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features.

● Document architectural designs, data flows, and technical decisions.

Qualifications:

● 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally including 3+ years in an architect or senior technical lead role.

● Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.

● Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

● Experience with enterprise integration approaches (REST, SOAP, middleware, or API-led connectivity).

● Salesforce Architect-level certifications preferred (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA).

● Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with marketing automation, CPQ, or industry-specific Salesforce clouds.

● Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, DevOps Center).

● Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
