Talent Partner (Recruitment / HR)

Weโ€™re looking for a Talent Partner to join our team โ€” someone whoโ€™s passionate about finding the right people and supporting them throughout their entire journey with us ๐ŸŒฑ.

 

This is a hybrid role combining recruitment and HR responsibilities, focused on building a strong tech team, driving people processes, and fostering a healthy, transparent, and performance-oriented culture.

 

 

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities:

 

๐Ÿ”น Manage the full recruitment cycle โ€” from sourcing to offer

๐Ÿ”น Write and publish clear, attractive job descriptions for tech and business roles

๐Ÿ”น Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct outreach

๐Ÿ”น Conduct prescreenings (first interview stage)

๐Ÿ”น Maintain a structured candidate pipeline and ensure smooth communication

๐Ÿ”น Organize interview feedback, follow-ups, and offer coordination

๐Ÿ”น Support onboarding and help new hires smoothly integrate into the team

๐Ÿ”น Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins and feedback conversations with employees

๐Ÿ”น Manage core HR processes โ€“ onboarding, probation reviews, performance feedback, surveys, and offboarding

๐Ÿ”น When necessary, lead difficult conversations, including performance reviews and exit processes

๐Ÿ”น Serve as a people-first contact point for questions, concerns, and soft HR support

๐Ÿ”น Help shape and support team culture, employee engagement, and well-being

 

 

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements:

 

๐Ÿ”น Experience in IT recruitment and working with technical roles

๐Ÿ”น Experience conducting HR interviews and assessing soft skills

๐Ÿ”น Understanding of common IT stacks, team structures, and hiring trends

๐Ÿ”น Strong communication and interpersonal skills

๐Ÿ”น High level of empathy, discretion, and emotional intelligence

๐Ÿ”น Strong organization and time management abilities

๐Ÿ”น Readiness to work independently and drive people ops in a remote-first setup

 

 

โœจ Nice-to-Haves:

 

๐Ÿ”น Familiarity with Notion, Trello, or other ATS/project management tools

๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of labor practices (EU or UA)

๐Ÿ”น Basic experience preparing HR documentation (e.g., policies, onboarding flows)
