Talent Partner (Recruitment / HR)

This is a hybrid role combining recruitment and HR responsibilities, focused on building a strong tech team, driving people processes, and fostering a healthy, transparent, and performance-oriented culture.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities:
๐น Manage the full recruitment cycle โ from sourcing to offer
๐น Write and publish clear, attractive job descriptions for tech and business roles
๐น Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct outreach
๐น Conduct prescreenings (first interview stage)
๐น Maintain a structured candidate pipeline and ensure smooth communication
๐น Organize interview feedback, follow-ups, and offer coordination
๐น Support onboarding and help new hires smoothly integrate into the team
๐น Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins and feedback conversations with employees
๐น Manage core HR processes โ onboarding, probation reviews, performance feedback, surveys, and offboarding
๐น When necessary, lead difficult conversations, including performance reviews and exit processes
๐น Serve as a people-first contact point for questions, concerns, and soft HR support
๐น Help shape and support team culture, employee engagement, and well-being
๐ Requirements:
๐น Experience in IT recruitment and working with technical roles
๐น Experience conducting HR interviews and assessing soft skills
๐น Understanding of common IT stacks, team structures, and hiring trends
๐น Strong communication and interpersonal skills
๐น High level of empathy, discretion, and emotional intelligence
๐น Strong organization and time management abilities
๐น Readiness to work independently and drive people ops in a remote-first setup
โจ Nice-to-Haves:
๐น Familiarity with Notion, Trello, or other ATS/project management tools
๐น Knowledge of labor practices (EU or UA)
๐น Basic experience preparing HR documentation (e.g., policies, onboarding flows)
