Technical Writer

We're seeking a Technical Writer to work with one of our EU clients. This client is a global Web3 development and innovation leader, having worked with Fortune 500 companies and Web3 startups.

Details:

• Strong understanding of API documentation, authentication protocols, and developer workflows
• Proficiency with tools like Markdown, Git, Swagger/Postman, Notion, Confluence, and docs-as-code frameworks
• Experience working in Agile teams and participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Bonus: background in engineering or computer science; experience with B2B platforms or Web3 technologies

Deliverables:

• API references & endpoint documentation
• User manuals and troubleshooting guides
• Quick start and onboarding tutorials
• Internal technical specs and changelogs
• Training materials and retrospective reports

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of documentation: user guides, API references, tutorials, and internal technical specs
• Participate in sprint activities to stay aligned with product development and release cycles
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, developer-friendly documentation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to capture changes and ensure documentation is part of the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Drive content quality, structure, and reusability through standardized templates and best practices
• Maintain changelogs, release notes, and retrospective summaries to support transparency and learning
• Contribute to feature testing and provide feedback on usability and clarity
