Project Manager Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 Project Managers and BAs, ensuring best practices and process consistency.
  • Oversee the project portfolio, maintaining visibility across all ongoing projects. Ensuring projects within company are delivered within time and budget.
  • Report on team performance, project health, and key KPIs to upper management.
  • Manage team allocation, ensuring optimal resource distribution and workload balance.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development planning for PMs.
  • Improve project management frameworks, tools, and reporting processes.
  • Directly manage 1 project as a hands-on PM.
  • Ensure high customer success rate.
  • Ability to implement and ensure successful execution of organizational changes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management Officer of Head of Delivery Department (leadership role).
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Experience working with international clients.
  • Proven experience managing project portfolios in an outsource company.
  • Proven experience managing software projects in outsourcing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated Teams).
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with team allocation, capacity planning, and workload management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow PMs.
  • Strong conflict resolution and risk management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities.
  • English C1 level.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Background in software development or a technical PM role.
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
