Promo Team Lead

We’re looking for a Promo Team Lead who can combine leadership, analytics, and creativity to boost our brands across Tier 1 markets.

🧭 What makes you a great match:
• 3+ years in iGaming (Promo/Marketing/Retention roles);
• 1+ year of team leadership (5+ people);
• Hands-on with promo/bonus setup in BO systems across multiple platforms;
• Strong analytical skills: promo efficiency, segmentation, loyalty & gamification;
• Skilled negotiator with internal and external stakeholders;
• Confident with analytics tools (Sheets/Excel, Tableau);
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+).

📋 Your daily adventures:

Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ Promo Managers;
• Develop promo strategies for 10+ Tier 1 brands;
• Build promo calendars and launch strategic activities.

Operations & Execution
• Oversee setup of promos/bonuses and new mechanics (missions, cashback, tournaments, referrals, etc.);
• Ensure QA and flawless campaign launches.

Analytics & Growth
• Track engagement, retention, ROI;
• Report results to management, propose improvements;
• Monitor competitors, test and implement new mechanics & personalization tools.
