Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer - EU located only

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead and support migration projects from legacy CRM platforms to D365 CE.
• Configure and customize processes within Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and F&O modules.
• Design, build, and support integrations with other enterprise applications using Azure Logic Apps, Web APIs, REST/SOAP.
• Handle data migration activities (transformation, loading, validation) with tools like Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or SSIS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to capture requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of D365 CE applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 CE environments.

• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features, tools, and best practices.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Proven track record in D365 CE migration projects.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and F&O modules.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom development.
• Solid experience in data migration (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, Scribe, SSIS).
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks (Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP, Web APIs).
• Experience with Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS).
• Good understanding of security models, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.
• Experience as a Functional Consultant is a plus.
• Industry experience in the property sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

   

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certifications in D365 CE, Power Platform, or related areas.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
