Technical Project Manager

Trinetix is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager. 

You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team working on large-scale enterprise platforms for a leading U.S.-based client in the consulting and financial services sector. Requirements 

  • Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field 
  • Development Expertise: At least 2 years of technical experience 
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE etc.), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts. 
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences. 
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate at minimum. 
  • Client Focus: A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Experience of US outsource projects is welcomed.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader business objectives. 
  • Mentorship: Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members. 
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the audit domain. 
  • Complex Project Management: Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative, friendly and high-performing environment. 
  • Scrum Master Role: Coaching and serving the team. Driving the process. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction. 
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. 
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Reporting: Regularly report project progress and status to the client and internal management
