Account Manager Ukraine

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and develop existing client accounts.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis of potential clients’ business activities to assess opportunities for offering company products.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tenders.
  • Negotiate with clients.
  • Deliver company and product presentations in cooperation with product/project teams.
  • Support clients at all stages of project implementation.
  • Monitor client payment status and ensure timely completion.
  • Plan and document activities in the CRM system.
  • Maintain reports on completed work.

What we expect:

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development with technically complex products (e.g., IT systems).
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • A high level of independence and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, outstanding communication abilities, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proactive, attentive, result-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Polish will be an advantage.
