Account Manager Ukraine
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and develop existing client accounts.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of potential clients’ business activities to assess opportunities for offering company products.
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tenders.
- Negotiate with clients.
- Deliver company and product presentations in cooperation with product/project teams.
- Support clients at all stages of project implementation.
- Monitor client payment status and ensure timely completion.
- Plan and document activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain reports on completed work.
What we expect:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development with technically complex products (e.g., IT systems).
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- A high level of independence and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to structure processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, outstanding communication abilities, and resilience under pressure.
- Proactive, attentive, result-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Knowledge of Polish will be an advantage.
