We are looking for a Business Development Manager (TikTok) to scale our presence in the digital advertising market. Your mission will be to create value for partners through TikTok Ads technologies, build long-term relationships with agencies and clients, and turn the platform’s potential into real business results.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a growth strategy for TikTok Ads reseller business — from identifying key clients to scaling campaigns.
  • Partnership Building: Establish strong relationships with media agencies, digital teams of brands, and local advertisers. You will act as the main TikTok ambassador for our clients.
  • Deal Management: Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, close contracts, and support clients throughout the collaboration process.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the effective execution of TikTok advertising campaigns, including coordination with internal teams, creative adaptation of formats, and prompt resolution of client requests.
  • Market Analysis & Development: Monitor the digital market, identify new niches and TikTok advertising trends, conduct competitive analysis, and generate growth ideas.
     

What We Expect:

  • Experience: 4+ years in business development or sales within digital marketing, media, or AdTech. Previous experience with TikTok, Meta, Google, or other digital platforms is highly preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales of digital products or advertising inventory. Strong knowledge of CRM, sales funnel management, and KPI-driven work.
  • TikTok Ads Knowledge: Familiarity with ad formats, payment models (CPM, CPC, CPV), campaign setup, and optimization mechanics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and unstructured environment.
  • Languages: Fluent Ukrainian and strong English (Upper-Intermediate+) for partner and platform communication.
