Product Manager
PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with at least one product built from scratch.
- 5–6+ years preferred for candidates with direct experience in HRMS platforms or launching B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1, including internal tool development and external commercialization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process analysis and optimization.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, including product visioning, strategy, research, and market fit.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Familiarity with product metrics, user journey analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with HR, tech, design, and business leads.
- Ability to prioritize and make product decisions in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; able to translate abstract ideas into concrete requirements.
- Experience in running user research, customer interviews, and synthesizing feedback into product decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full product development lifecycle of the HRMS platform.
- Conduct deep internal process analysis to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Align internal product development with potential external (B2B) commercialization goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR, Tech, Design, and Business to gather requirements and deliver impactful features.
- Act as Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies — define epics and user stories, prioritize backlog, and lead planning sessions.
- Define and monitor product metrics and feedback loops to drive decisions.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between design, development, QA, and deployment.
- Stay ahead of HR tech trends and competitive landscape.
