We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle. If you’re passionate about sourcing IT professionals and want to grow in the world of recruitment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:

1. Sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Dow, and others.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to gather vacancy requirements.
3. Posting job openings on relevant platforms.
4. Screening CVs and conducting pre-screening interviews.
5. Conducting Culture Fit interviews.
6. Organizing technical interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
7. Preparing job offers for successful candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment, specifically sourcing and hiring IT specialists.
• Experience in sourcing candidates across various platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
• Familiarity with HR systems (PeopleForce preferred).
• Upper Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
• Experience conducting pre-screening interviews.
• Understanding of the IT industry and IT job market trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
