Product Development Lead to $3000

We are looking for an experienced professional who will become a key player in building long-term relationships with clients and developing their products. This is a unique opportunity to not just work on individual projects, but to become a strategic partner for clients in their business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

- Client Acquisition Phase
โ— Analysis and processing of incoming lead requirements from marketing and direct applications
โ— Forming project scope and product vision based on client needs
โ— Developing strategic proposals and solutions for client business challenges
โ— Participating in negotiations together with the sales department
โ— Collaborating with the development team to assess project complexity and resources
โ— Preparing presentation materials and technical documentation for clients
 

- During Project Implementation
โ— Creating wireframes, user flow diagrams and interface prototypes
โ— Analyzing user behavior and product metrics
โ— Forming evidence-based recommendations for functionality development
โ— Preparing analytical reports with proof base of proposed solutions' effectiveness
โ— Consulting clients on product roadmap and development priorities
โ— Quality control of work execution and compliance with technical requirements
 

Long-term Support
โ— Building strategic partnership relationships with clients
โ— Consulting on product growth and scaling
โ— Identifying new opportunities for collaboration development
โ— Supporting clients in promoting and monetizing their products
 

Required Skills
โ— Skills in creating wireframes, prototypes and UX/UI documentation (Figma, Sketch, UIzard or similar tools)
โ— Experience in development team management and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
โ— Experience with product analytics and UX/UI research
โ— Understanding of product management principles and product development lifecycle
โ— Negotiation and presentation skills
โ— Ability to plan sprints, estimate tasks and manage backlog
โ— Experience in writing technical requirements and project documentation
โ— Analytical thinking and ability to justify decisions with data
 

Will be an Advantage
โ— Experience in presales or consulting

โ— Writing detailed technical requirements (SRS) and functional specifications
โ— Knowledge of project management tools
โ— Experience with various technology stacks and understanding of application architecture
โ— Understanding of marketing fundamentals and business strategy
โ— Experience with web analytics
โ— Knowledge of Growth Hacking principles and A/B testing
โ— Certifications in project management (PMP, PSM, etc.)
