Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM systems, cold outreach, etc.).
  • Conduct market and target audience analysis to create effective lead generation strategies.
  • Engage with prospects and present the company’s products/services.
  • Maintain and update lead databases in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and prepare reports.

 

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required – we welcome beginners eager to learn and grow in lead generation!
  • Basic understanding of lead generation tools and methods (LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to build professional relationships.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (for working with international clients).
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to work with data.
  • Motivated, organized, and results-oriented attitude.

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Any experience with automation tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales or SaaS product specifics.
  • Previous involvement in lead generation or sales activities.
